Cancelation Policy: We ask at least 48-72 hours notice to cancel an appointment, however less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancelation fee of 50-70 percent of your total service cost. If you need to cancel or change an appointment less that 12 hours prior to appointment time, you’ll need to contact the salon or your stylist directly via phone.

Refund Policy: Revolver Salon does not issue refunds for services rendered. We do guarantee our work, and we understand that hair is not an exact science and sometimes a service does not turn out exactly as expected. In those cases we are happy to make adjustments at no additional cost to you.

Fashion Shades and Corrective Color: These services are an exception to our guarantee policy. Multi-process services, such as fashion shades and corrective color, are extremely unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed or refunded. All guests assume the potential risk involved (including variable results and potential compromised hair integrity) when booking these services. If additional adjustments are required after your service is complete, they will be charged at the standard rate.
